Third Generation Aluminum Beam
Made with aerospace aluminum, making by 4300 ton extrusion press. The hardness reaches T6 after the aging treatment, the hardness is often more resistant to aluminum with toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, antioxidant and low density improves the processing speed.

The stainless steel protective design
The operating area is made of 304 stainless steel. This design is to prevent damage to the machine's surface by high temperature sparks.

Auto focus shaving head
No manual operation, auto focus
No manual focus. The software automatically adjusts the focus lens to control the height up and down, and the laser head performs the automatic drilling and cutting of plates of different thickness. The software memorizes the focal length of different plates and adjusts the focus lens to control the height of the laser head, which is ten times greater than the manual speed.
Greater adjustment range
Adjustment range +10 ~ mm –10mm, accuracy 0.01mm, suitable for plates other than 0 ~ 20mm.
Long service life
The double water cooling of the collimation and focus lenses reduces the temperature of the laser head, improving the service life.

IPAD Screen Design

IPAD design screen has a vertical screen, different from the traditional horizontal screen, with quick response, greater contrast, wider view, low energy consumption, high resolution. In addition, it has high brightness, lower reflectivity, and the glass panel is more durable.
Transmission and precision
The G.WEIKE fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with dual driver TBI screw for imported Y axis, TBI screw for X axis and Hiwin imported guide rail and Delta Servo motor. The positioning accuracy of the machine reaches 0.02mm, the cutting acceleration is 1.0G, the service life is more than ten years.
